This cozy boutique hotel has everything you want in a spot where you can access everything in Jerusalem (old city, Ben Yehuda street, museums, restaurants, synagogues, public transportation, shopping etc.) easily without being distracted by driving, worrying about parking and “fighting” the crowd at one of the large, more fancy hotels with superfluous features. The breakfast is a lobby setup with tables comfortably placed around a welcoming cushy sofas and armchairs which lends itself to socializing or giving oneself space if alone time is your preference. Nice outside balcony overlooking street and no cars or trucks ( occasional motorbike) buzzing by with annoying noise and pollution. The rooms are a bit tight as is the usual case in this part of the world but upgraded with great showers. The staff is very available and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay homey and carefree. I have stayed in at least 6 different Hotels in Jerusalem and while all have had their pluses, this is the one that checks the most boxes, including value.

The staff is awesome and very helpful; they suggested me to catch a train to reach Tel-Aviv, and it was much faster and cheaper than taking a taxi/sherut. In the room, we found a bottle of sparkling wine and some very tasty snacks and fruits. This was just sublime. Another positive thing is the hobby room with pool tables and a nice terrace on the street at the first floor. I also appreciated a lot the free happy hour, it was different everyday and very tasteful.

We booked two rooms for one (Friday) night and could not have asked for a better accommodating and generous team of people who have basically made our stay as wonderful as it was! Good location, cute rooms, good breakfast, (loved the coffee), fluffy towels, good smell all around the hotel and the lobby area, clean sheets, comfi beds--seems like we'll be back! Thank you, Tarek, (and to the whole team as well)!! for your big heart and wide smile--we really appreciate!!

Have stayed in Harmony Hotel Jerusalem for, I guess, my fourth time. This already speaks for itself:) The location is great, the atmosphere is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and helpful in different situations. I would like to specifically mention (in the order of appearance:) Noar (sorry, if I misspell the name), Dmitry and Takvor. Thanks a lot for a great stay and - next year in Jerusalem!:)

A very nice hotel smack in the middle of Jerusalem near to both the new city and the old city. The breakfasts were excellent, and they even offered a happy hour with food and drink every evening (other than Friday) on the house. Unfortunately, we were too busy exploring the city on foot to take advantage of it. Next time we visit Jerusalem, this is definitely the hotel we will want to stay at.
